At the House of Maen Donati, we approach the conclusion of your shopping experience with the same dedication to precision and care that we apply to our design studio. Because our garments are produced in limited, exclusive runs, our financial and inventory frameworks are carefully structured.

Please review our official criteria regarding eligibility, original payment refunds, store credit issuances, and processing timelines below.



1. Refund Methods & Resolutions

We review returns individually to offer resolutions based on the circumstances of the order:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: The House offers a direct refund back to your original payment method (credit card, bank routing, or digital wallet) in qualifying cases. This applies specifically to verified structural or manufacturing defects reported immediately upon arrival, or internal logistical errors on our part.

  • Store Credit & Exchanges: For standard returns based on lifestyle preferences or secondary sizing choices, valid returns are refunded in the form of a digital Store Credit. Store credit is linked directly to your customer profile, holds no expiration date, and may be applied seamlessly to any future collection selection at checkout.

  • Finality of Accommodation: Once a replacement item has been authorized and dispatched, or once store credit has been utilized toward a new selection, that transaction is considered a final resolution. It is fundamentally ineligible for any further return, secondary exchange, or subsequent refund.

2. The Processing & Inspection Sequence

  • Atelier Inspection: All incoming return shipments are directed to our global return atelier in Dubai, where they undergo a meticulous manual quality inspection by our studio team to verify condition integrity.

  • Processing Timeline: Approved refunds, store credits, and authorized exchanges are processed securely within 72 hours from the exact time the parcel is received, scanned, and cleared by our Dubai facility.

  • Banking Timelines: If a refund to your original payment method is approved, please allow 7-30 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing speeds.


4. Defective, Damaged, or Incomplete Shipments

  • In the rare event that an item arrives from our studio damaged, defective, or structurally compromised, we will resolve the matter immediately at no additional cost to you.

  • Reporting Window: You must report any manufacturing defects or damages to our Care Team within 5 days of delivery by emailing care@maendonati.com. Please include your order number (#DONATIXXXXX) along with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will prioritize and dispatch an immediate replacement garment, subject to active fabric and size availability within our studio inventory. If a replacement is entirely unavailable, a full refund to your original payment method will be issued.

At the House of Maen Donati, we strive to ensure that every garment provides the utmost comfort, structure, and satisfaction. If your selection does not completely meet your expectations, we are here to facilitate a seamless return process.

Please review our official guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and eligibility below.

1. Return Windows & Eligibility

  • Standard Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back to our atelier within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Condition of Items: Garments must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, complete with all original tags attached and enclosed in our signature branding and packaging.

2. Refund Method: Store Credit

  • In accordance with our Terms of Service, all approved and qualifying returns are refunded exclusively in the form of Store Credit.

  • Store credit has no expiration date and will be linked directly to your customer profile for use on any future collection selection.

  • Finality of Exchanges: Once a replacement garment has been offered and accepted, or once store credit has been applied to a new purchase, that transaction is considered final and is no longer eligible for subsequent refunds or exchanges.

3. International Return Shipping to Dubai

  • Return Location: All approved and qualifying international returns must be securely dispatched to our dedicated return studio in Dubai. Address provided upon return approval.

  • Shipping & Duties: Customers are free to entrust their package to their preferred global courier network. Please note that return shipping costs and any associated import duties/taxes must be pre-paid at the time of mailing to guarantee delivery to our Dubai studio.

  • Documentation: To ensure swift identification and processing, please include a printed copy of your original order confirmation and your authorized return reference number inside the parcel.

4. Processing & Inspections

  • Once your return parcel is successfully delivered to our Dubai atelier, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection.

  • All store credits and exchanges are processed within 48-72 hours following the successful receipt and inspection of the garment. You will receive an automated email notification the moment your credit balance is active.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Care Team immediately at clients@maen-donati.com with your order number and digital photographs of the issue. Damaged items will be replaced immediately, subject to fabric and size availability within our current inventory.
